I always come to Memphis and stay at this property. It’s definitely a new build. The staff is very helpful and it’s very quiet and it’s in a very convenient place right by the expressway so you’re only about a 10-15 minute commute everywhere.

The property & room were nice. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that the breakfast provided was not good at all.

When tell people that breakfast is between 6-9 it should be ready. Gravy for biscuits and gravy was cold. Biscuits could have been used for hockey pucks. They certainly weren’t made that morning. Won’t be back.

Brand new hotel. Smells new. Rooms are spacious. Sheets bright white. Pillows are wonderful. Maids can use a retraining on how to clean. Staff was very accommodating. We LOVED this hotel.
