I enjoyed my stay at Kings Inn but it was few things wrong with the hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom did have a few problems. Also, the staff was very nice.

Travelocity needs to remove this property from their offerings and VET the hotels they chose to advertise. It was so rundown it looked abandoned, likely a spot for sex workers (no shade meant to sex workers) and drug deals. Truly. Every surface wreaked of cannibas and tobacco. A total stranger knocked on my door wanting who knows what. A pickup idled in a remote part of the lot for hours. I have had many travel experiences with less than wonderful experiences, but this place was UNSAFE and completely unexceptable. I moved out without spening a night. You will too.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Trauma Center my son is in. I expressed this upon check in that the room would be used for our family to be able to catch a nap between visits. The clerk is the rudest woman on the planet. When we asked for the wifi password, we were told we couldnt have it because we booked through a booking site. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned the entire time we were there. There is a $50 cash deposit upon check in that is not specified on the site. I could go on and on about the treatement from this place. I will NEVER stay here again. They knew the situation we are facing with my son being in the trauma center. None of that mattered. We didnt ask for special treatment. Just basic hotel courtesies, like clean towels and wifi access.
