Staff is really nice and speak good English, the room is comfortable and the hotel is located in the main street and close to restaurants, stores and supermarkets.

Extremely accommodating staff....spotless hotel. No real amenities. Next door to a restaurant with full menu and very pleasant staff. Not "right downtown" but minutes away but vehicle, about 15 minutes walk. Minutes walking away from Sam's Dive Shop and other facilities in the area. Have been to WP Malakal a few times in the past, and will continue when I visit Palau for my dive trips.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle service was excellent. Quiet except for some small construction noise daytime.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay after a 10 day Solitude Gaia liveaboard diving trip. Just a beautiful hotel, a bit away from the busy city of Koror. Very friendly staff and great service. My room is a cabin hut with comfortable bed,a bath tub, patio, and AC. The pool and jacuzzi is nearby, all surrounding by beautiful gardens. They have a restaurant for breakfast with a good menu and food but closed for lunch. There is the Jungle Bar restaurant on the grounds, open from 6 to 10 pm. You can get around on foot to the National Museum and a short walk to the main shopping center and some restaurants. At the front desk, they have a list of restaurants and drivers you can call on their phone. I recommend a stay before or after liveaboard trips to e joy the island. I enjoy two, one day kayaking & snorkeling tours with Paddling Palau around the islands and bays. There are other day tours and day diving as well. Book early especially day trips and diving! Much was booked up in advanced on the day trips but I was able to join the kayaking day trips. The last day, relax at the pool, pack, and they can drive you to the airport for a fee.
