I like the location is in the center of the city. The breakfast is good! I don't like the parking is limited, and the driveway is too narrow. I wasn't aware of entertainment fees were charged every night. The booking didn't notify me this charge, and I can't drink any alcohol, but I have to pay this charge. This is not reasonable. The property needs a major maintenance, for example, the stairways carpet is ripped off, and room flooring is making squeaking sounds when you are walking. The bar, the music is loud but only two or three people were there around 11 PM on Thursday night and it's so loud that the sounds travel to the top of floor and even hotel leaves ear plugs inside the room for the guest uses.

Very comfortable beds. On 3rd floor so no one was overhead. Best sleep I had in a week! Front desk staff very efficient. Easy parking.

Excellent, even amazing, very helpful staff. Significant deferred maintenance in public areas, especially along the walkways on the backside of the facility. Pool was closed. Housekeeping service was VERY weak. Menu is limited. Overpriced relative to value. Well-located in Spokane; close-by to visitor attractions.

We felt spoiled, was away from the hussle and hurry of town, but still close enough to go do some of the adventures CDA has to offer.
