The location is perfect—right in the center of everything! We were only about 10–20 minutes away from all the spots we wanted to visit, like Provenza, Comuna 13, and the malls. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms felt like having your own mini apartment. One tip: skip the mini bar—there’s a convenient store right next door with much better prices

The property was beautiful, my room was very clean and the view of the city was amazing. The pool on the roof has the most amazing view ever and I liked the google control in our room. However, both of our bathroom doors were either broken or off track. Trying to contact the front desk is a nightmare unless you go all the way down to the front desk in person. When you bring up an issue. They play it off and do not really acknowledge anything. I would stay again, but things need to get better.

The area and space where the hotel is located was nice. It’s a small boutique hotel, with not a lot of amenities, and the amenities they do have are small (rooftop pool, gym, spa). However, the aesthetics are 5 stars. The restaurant is lovely and blends indoor and outdoor dining seamlessly. The menu doesn’t have a large selection of options, but is good enough, and the breakfast is worth adding on to your reservation based on the price and options each morning. The staff are top notch and are very attentive, friendly and considerate. All things considered, it was an awesome experience and cannot wait to come back. Definitely recommend.
