Staff are the best. Secure area. Walkable to restaurants, drugstore infrint of hotel. And supermarket just 3 min walk. Highly recommend it. This is my third stay and will stay again .

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and included a lovely balcony. Our room attendant did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our visit. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to provide softer pillows to suit my personal preference. That said, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning with my family.

What a great place to stay in Medellin! Beautiful and walkable unlike el poblano. If you want to go to el poblano take an uber for 3 dollars or so! This place is fantastic!
