The AC in the room was very noisy so we couldn't sleep and the outlets to connect the cellular didn't want to work. The suites can be better if they install a door between the bedroom and the living room and dining room. The staff at the hotel need more training, we stayed at NH Collection WTC in Bogota and everybody is very courteous an helpful not at this hotel. The prices at the WTC Bogota were cheaper than Medellin.

Wow!! What an amazing place. Located at El Poblado this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed. They upgraded me to the suite, which was very comfortable. The site is quiet and beautiful. Breakfast was buffet style with premium foods and fresh fruit and juices. Nice coffee and great service. Overall, highly recommended ! Will be back.
