There was supposed to be a kitchenette included, there was not. Listing said soundproofed rooms, and they were not. The night life outside was SO LOUD, the only way to drown that out was white noise on the TV turned up, and an extra fan in the room. You could also hear staff/guests talking all the way downstairs. Not soundproofed in the slightest, so they should not list that feature, or actually make that a reality.
Hot tub in common area didn’t look clean, nope.
The sunroof had no cover for light, so the blackout shades were not enough to sleep in past 7-8 AM.
Air conditioner wasn’t very cool.
Most of the front desk staff wasn’t rude exactly, but were difficult to reach and were not friendly.
The bed was atrocious, and I mean unbearable. For a premium room, I expected a soft enough bed to enjoy as the most important accommodation. I had to pad the bed with extra blankets and that hardly helped.
The included breakfast was a standard breakfast with eggs, arepas, meat/cheese, decent coffee, juices to choose from. The staff were always kind and friendly, wish they were running the place instead.
Laundry and shuttle service were very convenient, easy to set up with notice ahead of time.
Hot tub was not as expected. It had not been maintained and run in some time apparently, with brown mineral water running for quite a while before it was clear. Lights didn’t work in the tub either but overall it was ok.
For the price, it was alright but was not as expected or as listed.
