I didn't expect much being an economy hotel brand, but I had a decent stay. My room was clean and everything worked as it should. My room was on the second floor so maybe the 2nd level rooms were in better shape than the ground floor rooms. Very simplistic amenities. No pool, no fitness center, nothing extra and that's part of the reason why the price was inexpensive. I did notice the metal in the microwave door was rusting, that probably needs to be replaced soon but the refrigerator was good. The chair was okay and all the lights worked well. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were firm, which I like, and the bed sheet and cover were clean. The common area was run-down, and the carpet in the hallways is in bad shape. The parking lot was well lit at night so that was good. The whole hotel is definitely looking rough, but my room was okay. A friend of mine I was traveling with stayed in another room on the first level and he said his room was awful. The TV didn't work; water was dripping down from the room above his ground floor room and the cold-water knob on the sink was broke and fell off. There was no carpet in the rooms which was actually good considering the hotel needs to either be renovated or torn down. I didn't see any bugs so I can at least give this hotel a 3 star, but it's actually just a 2.5-star hotel at best.

We loved our experience at Martha's! The room was lovely as were the staff. The breakfast was simple but delicious and satisfying.

Loved the place. I’ve never been to a hotel that does breakfast and dinner snacks! It’s was amazing. They do have an electrical problem with hair dryers and the bathrooms. Several guests had to call the front desk to trip the power back on in their rooms due to a power failure. I was told the property was built the electrical isn’t great. Pops breakers all the time. That part was a hassle!

Penthouse Luxury Suite On the internet the place looks fantastic and I’m sure it mostly is. Unfortunately, my bed was broken, boards sticking out the bottom and I had a terrible nights rest because it was so uncomfortable. I also had an early morning due to no curtains over the blinds, the room faced to the sunrise, it was miserable. The only things wrong with the room were things that affected sleep. I did mention this to the front desk, she was dismissive and asked “well was there anyone sleeping on the pullout bed? You could’ve slept there!” Absolutely not, I paid over $400/night to get the sleep I needed, in my own bed. Plus, I didn’t even realize it had a pull out bed and no credit given, I brought it to their attention because I didn’t want to be charged for a broken bed. We had to fix the leg on the desk as it almost to buckle. The room was great otherwise and clean.
