The hot tub had hair floating in it

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

This Hotel is located right in the center of most attractions. Very clean and nice property. Has indoor and outdoor pool that is open till midnight. Breakfast every morning that was very good with lots to choose from. Staff was excellent and very kind. Would definitely stay here again! Only down fall is, its hard to get out when traffic is high but thats with most all the places on the "STRIP" there. Definite 10 stars if I could!

Stayed only one night after the Branson Air Show. Did not get to enjoy the amenities as we were tired after spending all day in the sun. The room was clean with the exception of a spill that had not been cleaned off the television.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable .The staff was very nice.Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was very nice .Had a very nice pool area .Parking was good.Checking in and out was very quick .

Great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. Breakfast was great! Wish the hot tub worked but was still a great stay with my kids and husband
