We couldn’t sleep all night bc there was some metal rattling coming from the roof,so nosy, we were at the last floor, we called them, I also went to front desk to tell them but no action or resolution was made. Also be aware that now they charge for parking too. &20.

The hotel is not clean. The heating room was too noisy. The breakfast was terrible - just to take a look and the kitchen and will confirme is very dirty and the quality of the breakfast very bad. The administration of the hotel should urgently pay attention!

The house keepers/maids are rude and dont clean good. You ask for towels, linens, blankets, etc its always later but later doesn't come. There was no ice bucket, ash tray, or luggage rack in the room when there should have been. One good thing I have to say, your aloud pets free of cost.
