The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There were only two ice machines in the facility 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. The one on the 1st floor was not working. The only downside was I was under the impression that the fee we were quoted was for EVERYTHING but we ended up paying extra for parking. We were a party of 8 staying in 4 rooms so we paid more than we expected.

Lovely place in a lovely community. Totally felt safe. The rooms were really big, but had some AC issues, which resulted in moving to another room. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was Beautiful.. very clean. Easy to get to. Easy to get in to the hotel and check in. Located right across the street from the beach. Beautiful deck you can sit on and look out at the ocean and have a cocktail or drink if you like. Staff were all great.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.
