Ac unit sounded like an airplane in the room. Hard to sleep with all the noise. Room was clean & grounds were good. Breakfast was good also. Good selection of food.

Check in was fine but they were having issues with the door key fobs not working and said they were trying to get it fixed. The front desk worker had to unlock our door and didn't seem to thrilled about it. The next morning it was still not fixed and after breakfast we had to have an employee unlock to door to let us back in. Breakfast was really good!

This property was nice. The room was especially nice, clean and well decorated. The little gift bags given at check-in was a nice touch. The casino seemed a bit chaotic and confusing, but we managed. All in all, it was a good stay.

The elevator was hit or miss on working. The staff was friendly but also said they would text when a room was available before 3 because I requested early check in and they never did even after 3. The management seemed scattered.
