Wonderful staff, but a disappointing issue with bugs. I had been in contact with the staff before my arrival, and they were always quick to respond and very pleasant throughout my stay. In that sense, I thought it was a very nice hotel. However, I seemed to have been bitten by mites during my stay. From the second day, the area around my neck, wrists, and above my eyes swelled up, and I am still treating it. I feel that they should be more thorough with the cleanliness of their linens.

Such an amazing stay at this beautiful property!!! No detail was forgotten. Wonderful hosts, amenities, views, private hot tub. Can’t wait to come back again soon!!

The room was spacious and well designed. I liked having an extra sink. The grounds and public areas were nice. It's close to downtown Whitefish. There are many nice hiking trails nearby. I'd stay here again.

Great little cottage that was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops and nearby trailhead.

Room was big. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Convenient location next to glacier national park

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. There is a bar on sight and many restaurants close by that you can drive to. Did not get a chance to use pool or hot tub would stay there again

No elevator so luggage in/out was a little difficult, but it has a ski lodge atmosphere.
