They forgot our complimentary wine for being a VIP for 2 of our rooms, you have to pay to workout (first time I’ve ever heard of that) and late checkout wasn’t an option for us which they said would be possible when we got there. They would also half clean the rooms and not give extra wash clothes - I’d have to call twice just to get some new wash clothes. Overall could have been better and wouldn’t come back here.

Clean, excellent staff shout out to shuttle driver Kari, bartender laura and Roman they were superb. I rated the hotel just ok for a few reasons. First this our third time staying at this hotel. Let's say 3rd time is not a charm. First I asked a head of time called and then messaged to see if possible to be moved to a room closer to beach *I was willing to pay extra* . Welp our was in fact the furtherest away from the beach. The room was next to the cleaning closet so it was noisy. 2nd we heard a lot of noise literally sounded like gunshots we looked at our window couldnt see anything. So after i few minutes of being scared we called the front desk and they said it was fireworks....well this would have been good to know especially for people who can't see what is going just hear a lot noise and were scared. Overall this stay just wasnt what I expected.

The staff were all really nice, even willing to go above and beyond for my friend and I. All the food we ate there was really good and I would be more than happy to go back!

Hey Chat, I wanna say something like, the resort is a two-minute walk from the, two-minute walk to the beach. It's actually an excellent resort. It's nice. The view is nice as well at nighttime. But if they can work on the breakfast situation to upgrade the breakfast better, to have a better breakfast, that would be, that would only be my concern. Hey Chat, I wanted to say the resort was excellent. Everything was nice. It's a two-minute walk from the beach. But the only thing that I have concern of is the breakfast. The breakfast is not all that. If they can upgrade the breakfast situation, have better food for the breakfast in the morning. Yeah, I see. Yeah, so the resort itself was really good, close to the beach, nice place, but the breakfast wasn't up to scratch. What was wrong with it? Was it the choice or the quality? What was going on? It is the choice. There was not so much options. It was like only peanut butter, bread, and a little fruits for the breakfast. I thought that would have been nice. Not a great breakfast. No hot options at all? Not so many options. It would have been better if there was breakfast with good scrambled eggs. We have a lot of options. If there was some options, that would be better.
