After staying in well over 100+ hotels around the world, this one was by far my favorite as they took the time to make every detail unique and special. Most hotels are throw away memories meant to help you recharge for your trip and this one felt like part of the trip for the first time. I arrived at 11am from overseas and was immediately taken to a private bathroom downstairs to shower and freshen up while my bags were secured in a locker. This set the mood off in the best possible way and even the staff were quick to provide best local options for transportation that they personally use. I'm very grateful to have found such a nice place!

We booked this hotel mainly due to it having AC. We previously stayed in Ireland over a heat wave without AC and it was a terrible experience we didn’t want to repeat. But sure enough, it was a heat wave in Denmark and the AC did not work at all! Don’t promise AC that doesn’t work. We spent all 3 nights sweating with the last night so unbearable we couldn’t even sleep. Otherwise, I had no complaints with the hotel. But the lack of promised AC ruined the entire stay. Would have loved to have been able to write a better review for this place.
