I've stayed here many times over the last 10 yrs. Quiet and in a residential area, but close to town and malls.

The room was small with an inside view.

Staff was nice. The place could of been cleaner as there was hair in the room

The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked fine, but be sure to have a data plan or eSIM so that you can connect with the property and order Ubers, especially when you first get in, as the WiFi in the airport can be very spotty.

Only stayed a night but it was so good we wanted to extend! Food is great, pool area is fun, staff and shuttle service makes the stay worry-free and relaxing!

I really enjoyed my time there and I’m happy with the food they offer there also it suited my pescatarian pallet not much places offer for me.
