The hotel is very beautiful, i'll give it that. The location was okay, though it was a little far from a lot of the places we were going. But I have to be honest about the housekeeping, because this really bothered me. When I pulled back the comforter to get into bed, there was makeup on the sheets they clearly had not been washed. I called to ask for fresh sheets, and when someone finally came, they didn't even change them. They just flipped the same sheet around, I know because I checked the bottom of the sheet. That was honestly disgusting, and I was very upset. I tried not to let it ruin the trip with my sister, but clean sheets are the bare minimum. Beautiful property, but this needs to be fixed."

After a relaxing massage, I decided to stay the night however, when I got to the front, the credit card machine kept giving an error when using my debit card. Nothing was wrong with my debit card. The front desk tried several times. This was very frustrating since I knew nothing was wrong with my card to take the resort fee.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

First timer in Miami... excellent choice for hotel stay. The hotel and room was top tier, spacious, and clean. The service was warm, welcoming, and consistent throughout the stay. Last but not least location was centralized to our itinerary where we could walk or take a quick uber due to the hit/miss with the rain. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and very friendly. Love the free champagne from 5 to 6. Perfect location. Breakfast was really good. We had both the free continental and ordered also from the menu. Everything was delicious. Could not have been a better stay.

The property and unit was excellent clean cozy comfortable perfect location. Equip with everything you need. The host did not leave the fob access to the unit. It took an hour to get in the unit and we had to change for an event that was starting in an hour. When staff was able to get him he said he wasn’t aware of me checking in. I went upstairs 3 times finally the security came up with me call the desk she called the host back and he finally opened it remotely. There was no detergent for the dishwasher but no other issues. Enjoy our stay.
