I reserved two rooms for 2 nights. One room for my wife and I, and a 2-year old grandson. The other room for our daughter, son-in-law, and 6 and 5-year old grandsons. The grandsons were the children of our daughter and son-in-law. Weeks before arrival, I had asked for the rooms to be close together. Instead we got Rooms 103 and 140. They were situated as far apart as possible in the hotel. This was extremely inconvenient. When I complained, I was told that the hotel was completely full and that the rooms could not be changed the first night and there was only a possibility that they could be changed for the second night. If there could be a change for the second night, it would be after the grandsons' bedtimes. Not a practical solution. The only accommodation was the cancellation of the parking fee of $10 per night--for a total reduction of only $20. That was not sufficient in my opinion.
