We were welcomed with complimentary waters in a goodie bag that also had a pen and notepad. Which was very nice! The tub spout wouldnt switch over to the shower head. I told the front desk and the lady who i believe was a mangager, said she'll be up with tools to fix it. She took about 10 minutes to fix it and it worked! Very thankful we didn't have to change rooms. Will definitely stay there again!

This property is very "kid" friendly. Easy access to beach, quite rooms.

The staff were very friendly at the inn. The breakfast lady kept an exceptionally clean area and the breakfast was more than adequate. The location was great even though our room was not oceanfront, the access was great. The inn is very old although it has been remodeled. There is no elevator and our room was located in the 500 area and it was extremely difficult for our aged bodies to navigate getting our belongings in. We were not notified that accessibility would be an issue. The room, although old, was comfortably air conditioned and the beds were comfortable as well.

This hotel was basically clean but it's old and that shows in the details, especially in the bathroom (tiles/grout needs an upgrade and I also don't like the sink outside of the bathroom.) The bathroom was tiny but the room itself was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the staff members that I met were professional and nice. The location was great - easy access to the beach! Our room had a very nice little outdoor area with 2 chairs and a table. However, we were on the first floor, right next to the custodial room and across from the dumpsters (not the best location, I'm sure). In the custodial room were washers and dryers. Each time we attempted to sit outside on the chairs outside our room, the dryers were on and we smelled gas. We assumed the gas was coming from the dryer vents, but I was so concerned that I called the front desk. The person I spoke with was unfazed by my gas concern and told me that it was nothing to worry about. She also mentioned that the custodial staff had gone home. Even if it was of no concern to her, we couldn't sit outside, so that area went unused by us (which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel). Shouldn't a "GAS" concern be investigated?? I won't be returning.

Cute little beach inn but needs upgrades or things fixed. The bathroom door did not lock or even close all the way. Our shower couldn't decide if it wanted to be on or off, the faucet just kept turning and you had to put it in a "sweet spot" to get the temperature and pressure where you wanted it to be. Bed posts were very wobbly, and tabletop was broken that we could not even use it. The front door would get stuck shut due to humidity, we were essentially locked in/out even though the door was unlocked but would not open no matter how much force we used. Luckily the backdoor was unlocked that we could get in and out, but we would have been out of luck if it was locked. The location was amazing with lots of local spots nearby, but we do not think we will return unless some upgrades are done, unfortunately.
