WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! Upon checking in, the “manager” said the hotel didn’t get the money via Expedia so he couldn’t give us a room. I had the receipt where I had prepaid for the room with the confirmation #, he proceeded to argue for 15+ minutes that he would not be giving us a room. We had to then purchase ANOTHER room just to expedite this process. He refused to help or call Expedia himself or deal with the situation how a manager should (ie; we’re having some backend issues let me get you in a room and sort this out after, please stop back at reception to follow up - this would have been a sufficient resolution). Beyond that the room was so hot, AC didn’t work, not a nice hotel at all. Would not recommend.

Everything about this hotel was on point! Friendly, helpful staff, great decor, excellent rooms & amenities! Artisan was great for complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed in the covered garden area. Would absolutely stay here again! Great proximity to walkable shop & restaurants

The breakfast was good and the staff were nice. Easy to get to, convenient location. WiFi did not work in our room and the tv had a very poor connection.

Was a nice and clean hotel was exactly what we needed for the weekend

Room was good - Its an old style but the price was reasonable and a 2 minute ride to the Airport. A great cafe walking distance and plenty of restaurants near by.

Everything was great and convenient for my travel plans. Centrally located and reasonably priced which works for me. Thx🙌
