We stayed at the Aspen Suites in Fairbanks for 18 days while visiting our family and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The rooms were excellent and the kitchen in our room was just perfect. The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were always helpful and very pleasant. We look forward to returning to Aspen Suites on our next visit.

Clean room, excellent staff at reception, breakfast and room service. Wake up alert for Aurora is an excellent service provided. We were really thankful for that. Breakfast is really good with handmade food. Everything was excellent. Thank you again.

Breakfast you have take in another building 3 or 4 block away from you no way , building doesn't have elevator,

Overall the villa was quite nice! I didn’t love the drive up there since it wasn’t entirely paved and we had a trailer with us, but it was doable and worth it for me. The rooms were a little warmer than my liking but everything was well decorated and nicely cleaned. The walls are a little thin, but there weren’t too many guests when we stayed so it wasn’t an issue for us. The windows in both the room and the lobby were huge and perfect for viewing the scenery. Breakfast was fine and was what was advertised to us. I liked the do it yourself set up. I enjoyed this place and would definitely come back if I had the chance. My only caveat is that I wished there was an actual staff person at the villa for check in and questions. Seemed kinda sketchy to just be sending my card info to a random email/number.

Room was clean and very nice. Host was very nice and responsive. I felt safe and most of what I expected was provided. My only complaint was that I found the bed to be very uncomfortable and so I ended up having to sleep on the couch.
