Great room, great price, great view. Only complaint, no one at front desk. No instructions. After waiting 10 mins for someone to answer bell, found a bus card on desk & called for instructions. How would you know your key was in an envelope behind the sign that says press button? This was 5:30 pm. Same next morning, no one around. Not a very welcoming feeling. Otherwise, area is wonderful for walking & many options for eating.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast was really the only thing that sucked it doesn't have a pool or hot tub either but right down town can walk to shop very good price on room and very nice staff

We enjoyed our stay! We were there during the fall festival and it we just like out of a hallmark movie. The location is perfect for local shopping, gastro delights, and a safe environment.

The location of the property is great! Very big room. Friendly staff. Very loud people in the room next to us at 2am but that has nothing to do with the property.

The parking lot was good and the lady at the desk was very kind and friendly. The room was clean. We're early risers so waiting till 8 am for coffee was a bit hard. There was a coffee maker in the room but there was no filters or coffee to go with it. The bed was very soft and you rolled to the middle. It was convenient for being right downtown.

Great location for downtown Manistee vibe

Parking underneath seemed to be safe. Staff at desk friendly and helpful with the area sites. We enjoyed the lodging next to the nice riverwalk and downtown! Great place for that!
