Checking in was a breeze; welcoming staff, clean room. But missed out on trying the pool.

Air conditioning wasn't getting cold, maintenance came & still same out come. Staff at me & my family breakfast was really terrible. I had my 2 daughter, one of them is under a year old the other 3 yrs. Being rushed to eat/put my food due to time was unacceptable. Glad Ms Perez was able to help resolve the issue. Just know i wont be staying here until these things get cleared up. Good luck .

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool closes at 8pm.. Should close at 9pm as its still hot at 8pm. Restaurants wernt open. Bar by the pool was only open for 1 day. No activities like they said they had.
