The property needs an upgrade they need to focus on simple things like good air conditioning services.

First time here and from the beginning to the end it has been spectacular! Pick up shuttle was a breeze and not late. Staff members were all smiles and welcoming. From the front desk, to the food, to the activities. Everything was more than what I expected that we ended up canceling our reservations at another hotel to complete our trip here.

Clean room laundry very handy breakfast included nice

We loved this hotel, great location, close to the airport, ferry, lovely resort pool, beautiful sandy beach, great staff. We had an issue with the bathroom and it got sorted very quickly.

We loved our room which had cooking facilities. Marble floors and marble bathroom. Very luxurious. On closer inspection some maintenance issues emerged. Nothing happened when we asked for a seat to be fixed. It took nearly 24 hrs to get the TV working. We would have loved breakfast but unfortunately it wasn't included in our very expensive room rate. In future I will try to get a package deal. Loved the buffet evening with the brilliant string band. Amazing voices. Lovely staff.

We had a great time at Saletoga. The staff were friendly, and the beach front villa was comfortable with fantastic views. Cars, vans, and scooters are available to hire for reasonable prices as well if you fancy doing your own day trip.

Expected a modest place with few amenities. Lots of things not working in room. Ok place nothing special.

The stuff of her absolutely fabulous, beautiful smiling faces that were happy to help wherever it was needed. Restaurant for breakfast not that great.
