Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

this hotel was so overpriced the weekend we stayed there the whole hotel was old and dirty the bathroom tub/shower was gross the toilet didn’t flush the room smelled I think the mattress was from 1982 the fact that I spent almost 300$ for one night in this crap hole place is disgusting. a comparable price for this room should have been about $125 not $290 which I was charged

I never leave reviews because I’m honestly too lazy. But this experience was so bad I felt like I had to. There were roaches in the room on multiple days, and black mold in the bathroom. Ceiling tiles were open, exposing mold and filth in the ceiling too. Because of the roaches and mold, they had to move us to another room — but that room also had mold. We left the very next morning. This was easily the worst and most poorly maintained place I’ve ever stayed. It was dirty and disgusting. The walls had weird fluids on them, the floors looked like they had never been cleaned, and even the finishings around the window were missing, exposing bare wood framing. It honestly felt unsafe to stay in. The only remotely positive part of the experience was one person at the front desk who genuinely tried to help. Other than that, it was terrible. The manager promised me a refund but never called me back. I tried calling multiple times over several weeks with no response. I’m currently trying to get my money back for this stay. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open in the condition it’s in. My friend has other pictures of the ceiling mold, roaches, and the other bathroom. I will try to upload those later.

Overall it was fine. We were disappointed to find out the hotel was under renovations and the pool was closed for construction we were not notified beforehand so had to find other things for the mids to do. The breakfast has pretty good.

Difficult to locate location of Inn because construction activities are blocking former signage. Why no temporary sign in location visible from street??? Parking difficult due to construction worker vehicles. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast well prepared and plenty available. Front entry doors difficult to open. No advance notice on line of construction activities.

The building is undergoing major construction which we had no knowledge of ahead of time. Pool/hot tub was inaccessible, big disappointment. Tile in our bathroom was cracked/cracking, air conditioning unit cover is coming off, curtains have visible holes from wear/insect damage. Several common areas had wallpaper peeling off the wall, everything is very old, the entire complex is in desperate need of a refresh.

The hotel outside looks like they are remodeling. Small breakfast included. The people who clean they do a good job. The rooms are terrible. I did stay only one night. They room are dirty, old worse than a homeless shelter. Sofa dirty. Carpet dirty, Mattress old. I hate writing reviews, but this time i decided to do it. I paid 175 +35 pet. For a room in a very bad conditions. The pictures online are not the same. This hotel should $55.00 at nights. I'M DISSAPOINTED....

This property is under renovation and we thought it was closed at first. There was a lot of construction material and workers. The pool was 0not open Because of the construction. We were sad because A pool was one of the factors in our reservation of this hotel. The hotel is dated and I'm glad that they are renovating. It will make it a much nicer place. On the good side the room was very large and spacious . The bed was comfortable.. It had a table and a desk and space to store things. The people at the front desk were very kind and courteou. They had a nice breakfast with sausage and eggs.

I've stayed at Shiloh a few times. I love their pet policy which is easy but the rooms are falling into disrepair. The TV is blurry, our air conditioner didn't work in the first room, and the construction on the place should warrant a much steeper discount in the off season

The location was good. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering it looked like it hadn’t been remodeled since the 90s. But the hotel is also under construction so I’m hoping they’ll be redoing the rooms in which you can disregard this comment
