Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Staff friendly & helpful

The room -- like most things in Korea -- was immaculate. The problem was that the entire hotel basically lacks windows. My room had a balcony (which I thought initially would be nice), but that balcony was blocked with bars that you could barely see through. They told me it was for "customer safety," but honestly it felt claustrophobic, and gave me nightmare visions of what would happen (God forbid) should there be a house fire in that 15-floor building... It felt kind of like an airconditioned prison cell. The breakfast was in their downstairs italian restaurant, and -- frankly -- could have been a lot better. It's not self-serve: they prepare a plate of food for you. A microwave hash brown patty, patently disgusting noodles with ketchup, salad leaves with no dressing, one tomato, one lychee, some no-name schmier, and floppy sausage / ham. Korean food is so good -- so my only question would be WHY?!? The location is very convenient, though - 30 second walk from Sadang where you can catch the subway / bus to anywhere in Seoul. The people were very friendly and the place is convenient, and it does the job.
