Well appointed, friendly staff on site and excellent location. Noise from the outside does get in but it didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at this hotel was 9 nights and i extended another 3 day/nights . The breakfast was almost the same everyday,upon asking if they do have different stuff i was told No thats what they select. All the staff was good throughout my stay except the receptionist who gave out my info to persons at the front desk mind you they werent staying there .i felt unsafe

The location and the availability of staff for assistance… navigating around the city was a breeze but, the lobby can get a bit crowded in the evening, which negatively impacts the luxury vibe the hotel tries to promote . The crown level is supposedly off limit to regular patrons; that, to me, is a big negative

Unsurpassed interior modelling with a clean, modern and inviting ambience. Uber clean, close to subway, restaurants and financial district. Great gym.
