We had an excellent time whilst staying at the Thames Riviera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just right for us with good AC which was perfect for the heatwave we're experiencing at the moment. The food is great quality and I thoroughly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room i was in, perhaps in need of new wallpaper. But the room very clean and comfortable bed and the staff were all very friendly and a big shout out to Emilia she was so helpful and friendly. Had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, unfortunately the building is in need of renovation, the rooms in the annex are ok but need proper cleaning. Food in restaurant was disappointing and not value for money. We will return for another overnight stay but room only.
