The staff was nice. The facility is very old in general. The rooms are different from pictures, and it is very disappointing for the rate value for this level of condition. My family really expected the swimming pool, but it needs serious maintenances and to be cleaned.

Great Value Resort with a Fun Water Park This resort was an excellent value for our family road trip through Jeolla Province. While there are now many newer resorts and water parks in Korea, this place still offers a great experience for the price. Helpful Tip for International Travelers: Most Korean water parks and hotel pools require proper swimwear and some form of head covering, usually a swim cap. Many places will also allow a baseball cap or rent you a swim cap for a small fee. If you plan to use the water park, come prepared to avoid any inconvenience. Also note that water park and bathhouse access requires an additional fee like $20 for bothe access to water park and bth house, which i find it very fair value. The resort has beautiful mountain views and good amenities. Our room included a basic kitchen with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. There are also restaurants on-site. Although the resort is older, the rooms appear to have been updated recently and were comfortable and clean. The water park was plenty of fun for our family, and overall I would rate the experience 9 out of 10 for value alone. Even if you don't use the water park, this is still a worthwhile stop for travelers passing through the area. As a bonus, there is a dinosaur footprint site nearby, known for having one of the highest concentrations of dinosaur footprints in the world, making for an interesting side trip during your stay.

Near shopping and restaurant.

I chose this hotel primarily because it has a swimming pool. Since I was traveling with my children, we were looking forward to spending time together at the pool, and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance on Monday and Tuesday. This information was not mentioned when I made the reservation, nor was it communicated during check-in. I only found out after asking the staff myself, which was quite disappointing. If the hotel plans to close one of its main amenities for maintenance, I believe guests should be informed in advance. When an important facility cannot be provided as advertised, there should also be an appropriate response or accommodation for guests. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many attractions, and the facilities are generally well maintained. However, I was also disappointed with the so-called "business room." It is not a private workspace but rather an area connected to the restaurant, making it difficult to consider it a true business room for anyone needing a quiet place to work. Overall, the hotel has a great location and well-maintained facilities, but the lack of communication regarding the pool closure significantly affected our family's stay.

The space was decently big but as soon as we got in the room, there was a very bad lingering smell that threw us off from the moment we entered. It smelled like saliva and sperm, smell was so unpleasant we almost left instantly and my wife cried. We tried spraying perfume and get rid of the odor but it was too strong. The place is also not clean as the pictures show. Our bathtub was rusting and had yellowing everywhere and also pubic hair in the tub when we entered. The computer, styler, microwave are all very used and something you don't want to use. We barely stayed in the room due to this and had a very unplesant experience. Also I am not sure why this place is on HOTELS.com when it is clearly not a hotel. It's a motel, they have massage palor contacts on tissue boxes and give condoms for amenities. Super disappointed by hotels.com app.
