There was hair on the sheet, when I reported it, I was given sheets to change them, I said "I don't work here' so I was given another room. Ther shower didn't even give hot water, I called about it and was told I could take a one in another room. Who does that??!!

We moved here after staying at a very concerning hotel for two nights, and we were with a large group of soccer families. It was wonderful that the staff were able to accomodate all of us.....I think 10 or so rooms within a few hours. Kim and her staff were very courteous, helpful and kind to all of us. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and I especially enjoyed the ease of the parking so close to the entrance. The front desk staff helped me and others with finding a safe and suitable laundromat when we found out we were staying an extra two days, due to our winning record! Our team and families were welcome to use the lobby for our team lunches/dinners, and the staff were helpful when we were cleaning up our mess. The temperatures in the guest rooms were great, and the beds were so very comfortable. Anytime we called for extra towels, cups or whatever, the staff obliged us within just a few minutes. We would stay here again!

We had a great time at the hotel/casino. There is a lot of places to eat and drink on site. We will definitely be back to swim in the pool.

Location was great. Right in the arts district (everything in walking distance) and within 10 mins of downtown St. Louis. Staff were great and the roof top lounge was excellent.

Overall excellent stay - room clean, neat, Wish list: a free bottle of water vs weighted tiny water bottles Front desk check-in was not friendly (ie not warm, smiling) but was efficient. Upon leaving the staff was very friendly!

Arrival went ok. I called ahead got attitude on the phone. I checked in room was ready 1 hour earlier than normal check in. The pull out couch had skittles and the wrapper fall out when I opened it. And I had to go ask for sheets for it. The room only had 3 towels for a stay booked for 4 people. I had to ask for more towels day 2. The room was never once cleaned or trash taken out. I never hung the do not disturb. I was in town for a funeral and was gone from the room almost the entire time. I left the towels on the floor in hopes they would be changed and never did get new ones.

Nice experience
