Hotel slipway had the cleanest nicest room with a great view on the water the best restaurants the boat to bongoyo Island was right there. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped me find my Apple Watch when I lost it. I highly recommend this hotel best hotel in Dar!

The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is also ideal, making it easy to get around Dar es Salaam and especially convenient for reaching the airport on time. I stayed at this hotel while travelling with my daughter, who is under one year old. During our stay, she accidentally dropped her sentimental O-ball toy, a special gift from her father and we forgot to pack it. When we returned, 3 days later to ask about it, no one was able to locate it or provide any meaningful update on what may have happened. I understand that misplaced items are not always recoverable, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication. Even a simple explanation—whether it had accidentally been discarded during cleaning or any other information about what might have happened—would have been appreciated. Instead, we were left without any answers. For a hotel that prides itself on professionalism, I expected a more thorough effort in tracing the item or, at the very least, a clear and honest update. The uncertainty and lack of follow-up made an already upsetting situation even more disappointing.

They could not find my booking and said they are booked but managed to find a room. The restaurant service is super slow ended up leaving and going to KFC as no 1 came to take my order after handing me a menu. Music on xmas day was super load
