The room was good.
The morning desk clerk could use some training in how to speak to guests in the breakfast area.
The tone of her voice is very condescending, especially in front of other hotel guests.
It would be a good idea to have an employee fridge in another area, away from the breakfast area for guests. This would resolve the issue of guests helping themselves to the chocolate milk that was with the cream and milk for guests, or utilizing a toaster that was for Gluten Free items by mistake.
I have been on the road for 35 years and spend at least 100 nights a year in hotel rooms.
Because of this experience I probably will not stay at this location again. If I did stay there again and had this interaction I would have no problem in telling her to watch the tone of her voice, especially in front of other guests. She could have approached me discretely and had a conversation.
Sincerely,
Dennis Foss
