There is only street parking, also the bed was not very comfortable. The showet in the room with the balcony was very tight if you are a bigger person. But restaurant and bar were excellent which are right next door.
The Inn was convenient & the view was great. The bed was not very comfortable & although the carpet was dark, I could still see stains. The hallway going up the stairs needs to be repainted. Parking is not convenient.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
It’s all on street paid parking from 10am -5pm. There’s no designated lot. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot out front, if not you’ll have to pull over unload your luggage then drive around till you find a spot. Extremely inconvenient. Check in is downstairs with any waitress. Rooms are very clean, little out dated but the price was right (American money). Restaurant & bar is very clean, the staff is extremely wonderful & friendly. Food is delicious. Other than the parking, I’d recommend the Brigatine Inn for a short stay.
Great spot to stay when visiting Lunenburg! Such a great view of the harbour. Liz at the Grand Banker Restaurant below was awesome! Thanks for the great service, we hope to be back!

We had booked this hotel because of where it was located. We arrived in a rain storm, only to find out that they do not have parking. I called the hotel and ask them where we should park. The girl who answered the phone told me to drive around and I should be able to find a parking spot. When I told her I was travelling with my 81 year old mother, she didn't offer any suggestions.
We spent about 30 minutes driving around but we couldn't find anything within 3 blocks of the hotel. We ended up not using the hotel and finding another place to stay.
This room, it’s a stretch to call it a hotel, was adequate for a quick one night stay. No lobby, no registration desk, no elevator. You check in at a bar in a restaurant! It’s in the heart of all the action in gorgeous Lunenberg. The AC worked. The price was right. It’s all I needed for a quick stop. It would have been nice to know there was no elevator. Lots of stairs, especially the trek down to the bar to register. The location is excellent though. There is no parking available you have to look in the surrounding streets.
No parking, no breakfast, next to equipment room with noise 24 hrs a day creating excessive heat through the bathroom wall, half the room rug is black from street dirt, wifi intermittent and slow, expensive.
Very disappointed, the room was very tired and lacked facilities such as bedside lamps. The bathroom was tiny with a sliding door that didn’t shut properly, the bed was soft and lumpy and carpet stained - everything seemed old. Check-in took place in the bar and that was ok but it wasn’t clear how we check-out as the door to the bar was locked and there was no other reception. Communal areas (stairs and hall) in clear need of refurbishment. However the location and the view were fantastic.
Rooms in poor condition, everything is way outdated, carpet is wrinkled and not really attached to floor, hot tub leaks, lights bulbs burnt out, door handles on night stand broke, 1 window is broken and cant be open, hot tub leaks and dirty, check in was a mess, you have to check in at a crowed bar with all your bags, parking is a nightmare.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Sad and tiny old room
It was the smallest, oldest, dated and room I've I've ever stayed in. Only 1 towel for 2 people, I had to get mugs and supplies for coffee myself. You check in through the bar downstairs with a waitress. I thought I was getting a sea view, window faced side of building, not as pictures describe. Only plus was there was air con that worked and a little fridge, bedding was clean. Paid $172 for the one night, not even worth $80.
This room was not worth $275 plus taxes. It was old and dated and had a carpet that looked like it had not been cleaned in 30 years - including wrinkles everywhere i would not walk on my bare feet on it. The check in is awkward at the bar downstairs and no information is provided about the room or what to do if there is a problem. The only thing nice was the soaker tub. The bathroom was clean. The furniture was totally dated. I felt taken advantage of because it was Lunenberg. I would recommend staying outside of Lunenberg and just going in for a few hours it's a tourist trap. We were traveling throughout the maritimes and paid more for this room than any other place and it was not worth it. The restaurant downstairs derved good food and was reasonable with really good staff.
