The property cleanliness in lobby was degrading, bathroom were filthy and unusable with no toilet tissue! I asked for a non smoking room received a nonsmoking room! There were flies and a dirty bathroom tub in the hotel room ! I didn’t feel safe in the environment of the hotel so I checked out the same day! This was the worse hotel experience ever.

This property was dirty. The walls were nasty. There was black mold in the bathroom. Doors did not close properly. Took my Yorkie on a walk and there was a syringe laying in the grass. I have pictures to prove what I am claiming, however there is no way to uploaded them to this review. I thought being a Ramada Inn associated with Wyndham that the place would be at least clean. Definitely did not stand up to the minimum standards. Should be condemned and torn down and rebuilt.
Worn out dirty wash cloth that was hanging for us to use.
Shower head in our room.
Black mold around the tub. Tub looked like it had never been cleaned.
More mold around the tub.

Pet fee cash only $20.

At check-in the man said the pet fee was not payable by a card, cash only. I would like to know why that is not mentioned on the website along with the $20 charge for the pet fee.

The exterior was not the best, the pool had about 2 inches of brown water in it with garbage floating in it! The first room they gave me was not cleaned from the previous guest! They gave me a second room and the key didn't work. I asked for a refund and they refused! They then gave me a third room which was ok! After being on the road for hours this experience was very trying! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Nope.

The room didn't have a TV. The room was one bed instead of two like I reserved. The door didn't have a lock and I was offered by the front desk to have my door.... "locked from the outside and then opened from the outside in the morning"... The walls were covered with dirty hand prints... Weird...very very weird... Bugs were inside the room and the bathroom was also disgusting. We did not stay. Gross. Terrible. Unsafe. Do not go here!!

Breakfast bar was mostly empty. Morning attendant spent the time we were there on the phone. Coffee was old and undrinkable. Garbage cans around outside were full and spilling all over the ground. Pool had green water and basically empty. You get what you pay for and this booking was half the cost of others in the area.

Beds are rough. Room was super dirty. There was fruit flies and flies everywhere. The bed sheets looked as if they weren’t changed. 2-3 am people in the parking lot blasting music for hours.

Terrible. Would never stay here again. Not clean. It was stinky. Flies everywhere. Didn't see any bedbugs but I worried they were there. I didn't sleep comfortably at all. Pillows were flat and my back was killing me when I got out of the rock hard bed. Do not recommend.

We did not like anything except the price. but even the price didn't make the condition of the room bareable. The walls had stains and marks on them, flys everywhere. the bathroom door was peeing the tub had some sort of stains in and and around it, the toilet was filthy, not cleaned at all.

Room was disgustingly dirty with a foul smell. There were several areas of bloody stains and dirt on the bed and sheets. The floor was filthy and sticky. Bathroom looked like something out of a horror movie. I also felt very unsafe. When I saw the condition of the room and hotel i immediately booked another hotel even though it was 11:30pm.

If you're thinking of staying here DRIVE ON PAST

Sticky floors/ NO COLD Water in room. Needed to lower A/C unit to 60 degrees just to get some cold air. This hotel needs a MAJOR refurbishment/maintenance. Happy to get out of the hotel and back onto the road. Left the property at 5:30AM. Better to be on the road than in that room. Never Again !! ON the plus side, the bed was comfortable.
