Overall the staff and property and cleanliness of the room was okay. But, spent Friday Saturday and Sunday with a TV that did not work. Although I wasn't there for TV it would have been nice to have a working TV.

Late booking & 9pm check-in met with not the most welcoming greeting, but we got our room, although door had a chain, the lock did not lock. Room was fine, tho 2 queen room ... single shampoo/conditioner sachet only. Booked on price, so can't complain. Good enough to stay again if the need arose.

Room wasnt clean[sheets look like they were soiled and were dirty when I arrived. Bathroom light was full of bugs. Doors looked to have been damaged before. A couple towels had blood on them.] Staff were kind enough to let me book in early at a fee of $25 and went to change bed sheets and pillow cases after I mentioned the soiled ones, however those were stained bad.

Booked 2 nights here traveling for the festival, prices were hiked per night, but that is understandable during this time of the year. Arrived to the room, clearly used to be bedding from a smoking room as it had burn holes in it. Overall was clean other than all the hair in the tub and shower. But not bad for a budget hotel, just wear shower shoes. Where it really got bad started at 7 an with housekeeping banging on the door. I told them no thank you and went back to sleep. Around 9:30, I heard the door, with no knock whatsoever, so one used both the card key and the physical key to open my door. Luckily I had the chain on, but"housekeeping" opened the door, saw me naked, closed the door when I yelled and then opened it again to"apologize." I immediately got dressed and went to the lobby to complain, only to be called a liar. It took my husband getting involved to at least get us an apology from management. Please, to anyone, do not stay there. I hope no other women have been barged in on like that.
