Very clean. Room smelled clean. Staff very friendly. Easy in and out. Older building, limited outlets, provided hair dryer wouldnt work and tv had no remote. Night staff gave us one to try but with no luck. We were too tired anyway to mess with it.

This has been my go to hotel for years now anytime I come to Louisville with zero issues until this time .. The rooms were heavily infested with roaches. It's a sad ending to my relationship with the gold vault

Shower head would not put out very much water. Hard to get a good shower. Shower heads are not that expensive. Putting customer through that kind of stupidity is rrediculous.

Very old and run down wallpaper peeling,bugs in room roaches crawling around. Property needs a major renovation. Also i never recieved my deposit back. Would not stay here again. My advice run to the nicer hotel a little more money but well worth it.

I would stay at this hotel again.

Very decent hotel. A little aged, but very well-kept and pricing was more than fair. My only dislike was that the rooms are not very soundproof ... I could hear all the noise from the pool area, people in the hallway, and room next to me. I am an early-to-bed, early-riser person, so loud noise after 8pm is sleep disruptive for me.

Awesome hotel

This was our 2nd stay at the Gold Vault Inn, we LOVE this place! Rooms are neat and clean. Pool is amazing, if a bit cool. Staff was incredible, polite, kind, helpful. So MUCH value for the cost!
