Making a sincere review, first that the check-in is not at the place that the reservation was made so I had to go to another address to check in. As soon as I arrived at the apartment, the apartment has carpet so the smell was very strong, a very strong smell of mold to the point that my son couldn't sleep at night. For an apartment facing the beach, it wouldn't be right to have carpet, but even so, the carpet should have been better cleaned, I couldn't walk barefoot. It wasn't as clean as I imagine, there were used towels under the bathroom sink. The furniture is very fragile and old, and the TV doesn't work. The apartment is very well located, I can't complain about the price I paid. But if I had the opportunity, I would recommend you who are reading this review to pay a little more expensive and stay in a more comfortable place. It's not a matter of luxury, but of comfort. I hope they reform not only outside, but also inside because the place is very good.

Beautiful views very clean and can’t wait to get back

Unfortunately, the room did not match the description. We were in tower two where the third elevator was stuck the entire time. The first elevator had us stuck more than once which made me scared to ride. Since we were on the 12th floor we waited much longer times like other guests for the middle elevator because it was the only one working. The stairs smelled so badly of pee that we never took them again. The only Plus I have about this was the loco gecko restaurant which had great food and drinks. When it comes to the pools most on the left side were closed down. The lazy river was NOT lazy because everyday they allowed it to be filled with young kids who pushed, shoved, and screamed past everyone on a regular basis. This happened no matter what time we went out. We did enjoy the dj session though along with the fire show. Personally we will not be booking here again. it simply was not worth it at all.

The room was clean. And seems like a nice place. We were unfortunate to get a room that had not hot water. Ask the front desk to have it checked and to send up 4 towel sets. Returned back after being gone for multiple hours no towel sets or hot water still in the shower. Decided to leave a day early. When checking out early the lady at the desk as how everything was I explained this all to her as was extremely apologetic and ask if they offered to move us to another room. I replied no and the hot water and towels never arrived. She said she couldn’t give back my money since we went through hotels.com however would refund the parking fee which hasn’t shown up as a credit back yet. She was extremely nice and I wish we would have gotten to deal with her the first time as we would have stayed the entire time.
