The staff was pleasant at check in. But it was frustrating that the elevator was broken and then we were provided a room on the 3rd floor. The only other major issue we ran into was these awful spiky burrs stuck all through the room's carpet. It was only in our room, not in the hallway, but they would stab into the bottom of your feet, so someone who either worked outside or had been out hiking/exploring must have had that room prior, and it was just not cleaned up very well.
