The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is close to Paddington Station and is in a very walkable neighborhood. There are many restaurants and shops close by. Overall, a great place to stay.

Clean room, super helpful staff (let us leave our bags so we could explore before heading to Heathrow), great location, honestly for a few nights in London it was perfect! They did really well to make use of the smaller spaces in each room. All needs met, even AC!

+ newly renovated clean rooms, location is hard to beat—-4 minutes from Paddlington, a wonderful bonus was being able to check in 2 hours before! - our room was small as was expected for London

Good air-conditioning during the heatwave (hallelujah!) but I was given a ground floor room which meant I could hear the sound of the underground trains. Unfortunately they were unable to move me as they were fully booked. Clean hotel and very good location.

Staff were amazing, the location is a very short walk from Paddington station with a nice park outside the hotel. The room we stayed in was very dated; the carpet was coming up, there was quite a lot of build up in the showers and it just seemed a bit tired. The bedding and everything else in the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was a god-send during the heatwave!

This was an okay hotel to stay in but our room was in the basement and honestly extremely cramped. There’s also not really many amenities to enjoy but it was decent, clean, had ac and helpful staff when needed.
