The apartment was clean, beds and bedding were great. Londis convenience store and Tesco express nearby. Also a pub very close where food was very good (Duke of Clarence I think it was called)

Good pub over the road for food and local convenience stores. Didn't have time to use the gym. Handy for the Brompton Hospital, only a 15 minute walk away

Roland house needs a shake up. The staff are good but my room hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived so they gave me another. Then I pointed out that the microwave efficiency was intermittent, the tv aerial was failing and the bath tub plug was faulty. The jacuzzi didn’t look especially inviting so I passed. The window blinds were tired and I had to wedge them up with window latch. Disappointing considering it’s star level. Bed comfortable and fridge ok. Fell way below what I expected. I repeat, nice staff but no one seems to be really that interested in the place! Not an unpleasant stay and I really didn’t have time to complain even though I should’ve, were nice people. Shame!

Clean room, but the floor makes noise and there were no cameras on the hallway except the maintenance and that gave less safe feeling. The staff! The men were very friendly but the ladies were friendly and not welcoming. Not professional at all. Is shame.

I had a great stay here for a week long work trip. 2 days I worked from the room and the WiFi was great. The room was quite warm (great for me!). The fridge and kitchenette meant I could shop at the local Tesco and heat food to save on eating out costs, but Uber Eats can deliver straight to the door also. It’s great to know there are staff on reception 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Great little place to stay

Very friendly and extremely polite at check in, we have 2 rooms booked with no prior request to be near one another and they allocated next door rooms without having to ask. The rooms were basic, but had everything we needed and was clean. Bed was comfortable, and shower was good. Perfect accommodation especially for the price.
