Pro: quiet, close to the city and sightseeing places, convenient transportation. Con: The internet is not connected on the 5th and 6th floor. You need to ask for a code to access better WiFi daily as well. Wasted time to fix the internet issues. The wash room door is very heavy.

It's steps from the London Eye, and the Hop on/off starting point for 2 of it's 3 routes. City bus is just down the street. Within walking distance of Westminster Abbey and other notable attractions. It was tricky to find the entrance. Cars cannot enter the heritage street, so Uber had to let us out a half block away. It was dark and we were not sure where we were going. A kindly gentleman helped, and welcomed us in the name of His Majesty, King Charles.

Very central location, rooms clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately front desk staff service was less than adequate at check in. Also could have been told that Thursday mornings they test fire alarm, there is a sign in lobby but we didn’t see it, although it did give us something to laugh about after the fact. Overall would definitely stay there again

This is an average UK hotel that is showing its age both within the rooms and public spaces. Carpet in the hallway had duct tape I. Several paces to close holes. Before I arrived I called the receptionist 7 times and no one picked up the phone. Once we arrived we discovered that check-in is automated and there is no real front desk. The location is great, staff is friendly but we will not return

This was another 'lipstick on a pig' type property. Dangerous bathtub, fire alarm off at 0430, sloping walkways, not accessible, etc. Stay elsewhere.

Sadece yeri güzel.

Odalarda minibar yok yani demek istediğim minibarın içi boş değil mini barın kendisi yok. Koridorlarda içme suyu sebili veya buz makinası da yok. Bizim kaldığımız odada Wi-Fi çekmediği gibi telefonun kendisi de çekmiyordu. (449) genel temizlik kötü değildi. Bu şartlar sizin için yeterli ise yeri çok iyi, benim için de ilk önce yerini düşünmüştüm fakat keyfi bir gezi olduğu için daha fazla para verip aynı bölgede daha iyi bir otelde kalmayı tercih ederdim. Resepsiyon görevlileri mutsuz çalışıyorlar.

Check in rápido, do lado da estação Waterloo, o que ajudou no deslocamento por metro e trem. Camas confortáveis e bom cafe da manhã. Mesmo sendo um pouco antigo, foi muito bom pela localização

Tolle zentrale Lage direkt am London Eye und nur wenige Schritte zum Big Ben entfernt. Das Familienzimmer war groß und sauber. Fußläufig zur Underground Waterloo. Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung vor und nach dem Check-in ist gut organisiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal.
