The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered to make reservations when we checked in, offered us a beverage and walked us up to our room to show us the amenities. They hotel was very clean and in a great location for shopping, restaurants, and sight-seeing. The train station is just a block away, so it makes it easy to get around.
