We recently stayed at Staywell Inn & Suites in London and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a charming and welcoming atmosphere, and our room was clean, well-maintained and the bed was comfortable! The complimentary breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, fresh options and well-prepared. The only minor drawback was the lighting in the room, with only a few lamps, it felt a bit dim in the main area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return on a future visit to London.

We were impressed with the hotel at first until we turned down our beds at night and 1 of our beds was filthy with food and stains. I was upset. At 1000 that night we were moved to a new room, however when I asked for compensation for this issue, the staff stated they could not help us and to talk to manager in 4 days when he would be available. I spoke with the manager and sent photos on request. That was 3 days ago and have not received a call back. We travel extensively and a filthy bed was the first for us. Very disappointing and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience
