The hotel location was ideal for why we were in London. We stayed in the Level 1 area, and found the Wifi to be poor.

The breakfast was so poorly done. The waffles were like dry bricks, the potatoes weren’t warm and tasted old. The lady overseeing the buffet, could use a lesson in customer services.

There’s no pool!

The hotel advertised a pool and that’s why we chose it. It was incredibly disappointing for our daughters to show up in their swimsuits and the pool has been closed. This is false advertising! I asked for a discount and none was provided. I am upset that this hotel advertises a pool which they don’t have and I would not have booked it if I had known this.

The place was nice and clean and the workers were nice. But the bed was not comfy and the breakfast was not great. Hashbrowns were dryed out and sausages not done well.
