Booked for 2 people without kids. Was booked for lagoon views and was accommodated in front of a massive playground blocking my Lagoon views. When asked to change rooms was told due to booking with Expedia we cannot relocate you. Woke up to screaming children when I had none of my own. Disappointed to say the least!!

Rooms clean every day. Staff where pleasant and helpful. Very good selection from full english to fruit ,teas ,coffee and fruit juices and others.pool and grounds clean and tidy. Would well recommend staying. Many Thanks for a great stay.
