I had an easy time booking my room. It was easy to find. Close to my venue. Clean room. Nice amenities. Good breakfast and coffee. Excellent value for reasonable cost. Outdoor. Pool closed for the season Sept1.

The staff are incredibly rude not helpful. I had car troubles and messaged them that I would not be there till late. They told me that they don’t get the messages that came from the hotel and that I will not be able to check in because it was too late. Mind you I had to pay for a ride off the side of the road with my 2 children a riding at 3:14 am. They said I was 14 minutes late and the night audit already went through. Then I was told we could walk to find a new hotel (3am with 2 children in Spokane )that would take us because our reservation that we a had already paid for and messaged a head of time Was no longer available for check in. I then had to pay for another ride to another hotel and another hotel. I then had to pay for a ride back to my car the next morning an hour away. If I would have known I would not been able yo check in I would have gotten a hotel closer to my car. That would have saved me so much money and time. So don’t trust anything about this hotel.

We felt spoiled, was away from the hussle and hurry of town, but still close enough to go do some of the adventures CDA has to offer.

I was treated like an old friend back for a visit. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are always spotless. This the best spot in Spokane!

The location is excellent if you want proximity to downtown restaurants and such. It’s right on the main street so it’s not super quiet.
