The room had leftover semen stains on the chair, and by the carpet. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Spider calling home the corner of the room. The wood bench was missing a leg, kept tilting over when you sat on it to put shoes on.

No hot water. Couldn't get the TV to work. Had to switch rooms because I was in an adjoining room that wouldn't lock and didn't know the other room guests. The staff was nice and switched me, though. The place seems a bit sketchy and run down. Lots of things like faucets and door handles seem falling apart.

We were in town to help our daughter move into college. It’s a small town so there are not many options, this being the only one with availability even booking over a month in advance. We were greeted by the front desk with no problems. Very nice guy, prompt and courteous. We get to the room and we had to mess with the door lock for 3-5 minutes to get it to open. This continued our entire stay. We get into the room, it was fairly clean, but stains on the walls, in the tub and hair in the tub. The WiFi was not usable at all. It was faster to use data on our phones. The WiFi was so bad the tv wouldn’t stay connected, so no TV. My wife went back out to the car to get something and the maintenance guy was talking to a long term tenant about how she was cute, and they should kidnap her. Probably a joke, but not a good one to make with their rough appearance, and especially from an employee. That long term tenant set up shop right outside the entrance to our building and smoked cigarettes night and day, making the whole entry smell, and staring my wife and daughters up and down the whole time. The breakfast was just cereal and bananas. Just fyi. The A/C worked good though. Just letting people know, even as a last resort, this place was terrible, and it has inspired me to book even further in advance next time.
