The room was not clean and there was only one towel. I called and was able to get another. I asked for an extra blanket, because the heat wasn’t working well, they said they didn’t have any extra. The outlets didn’t work in the room so no phone charging unless the tv was unplugged. The ‘gym’s equipment was broken but still looked like it was usable. The pedals on the bike were broken and the entire handle was broken off the elliptical. The pool was not working. It’s frustrating that basic things weren’t working or available. We will not stay here again.
