By far the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. I traveled to many countries around the world in many different hotels/resorts. The most disgusting rooms. The employees have horrible attitudes and lie to try take every penny they can. The maids don’t even bother to clean the room properly. I will never recommend anyone to come to this hotel. if you’re planning too, I highly suggest to go to another hotel in panama city. You’ll find much better service elsewhere. Bloodstains on the bedsheets, spider webs on the ceiling and stains on the bedsheets. Dust littered all over the drawers. Absolutely disgusting

The hotel room didn’t have an iron and ironing board. There was no coffee maker or kettle, these are essentials and expected as a minimum. The name of the hotel includes a casino but there is none on property. Apart from that all else went well.

Great amenities. Good for families.
