The Brunei Hotel is comfortable and well-located with helpful staff.

In a good location. Lovely staff. Breakfast okay but the food was often lukewarm.

Loved swimming pool and gym. Breakfast had many options.

Property is centrally located and moderately priced. The WiFi is absolutely useless and not even stable enough to check in for our outbound flight. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a four star hotel by US standards by any means, the rooms were run down and I dreaded sleeping here the minute I walked in... The hallway had stained carpets, breakfast restaurant stained furniture and in general this property needs a full renovation. The iron boards in the rooms old, torn and filthy plus bathroom always low on toilet paper. I've traveled to many Asian and Muslim countries and this was by far in the worst condition. In general all the women I came across working here were kind and wonderful. The men, some nice others not so much and where I'll stop!

Its quite an old hotel, but still well maintained. The room is quite big. My only issue is the WiFi is very weak at the desk area, sometimes even no bar at all. Only when sitting beside the room door can I get 2-3 bar on my laptop wifi. The hotel location itself is good, many food and coffee places around and a hypermarket just next door. There's also a small mall nearby.
